"I was fully responsible for the whole process of the Employee Opinion Survey. Beside that I also worked on the new homepage and the People Development Process. I had all possibilities to involve my creativity and my own ideas. All colleagues were friendly, open-minded and they fully supported me during my whole stay. We had a lot of fun together during special Corporate Human Resources events ;-)

In the Siemens Malaysia Internship Programme I could share my experience with other interns. At the weekends I took the chance to travel around the beautiful country.

The internship gave me not just a new perspective of Human Resources I also learned how to work with different cultures and won new friends for my life "
